MOBILE (2012)

 

In this project we were explicitly told to fabricate something for the final piece. Whether it be a plinth or a water trough in which the images were presented. The lecturers wanted us to come up with ingenious ways to present our work.

 

I chose to present my work in the form of a hanging mobile that would have six to eight images entwined in the dangling ribbons and lace. The images that I had chosen to shoot for this project fitted in well with this idea as i was concentrating on photographing my then heavily pregnant sister.
